The Alliance of Indonesian MM Programmes (APMMI) held another big event—this time, the centralized event was held at MM FEB UI, Salemba. Starting on 26 November 2019, a board meeting was held. Administrators from MM UI, Unair, UB, Undip, Unsri, Ubaya, UMY, UMS, TelU, and PPM were present to discuss various APMMI 2020 activities to consolidate cooperation between MMs further and improve the quality of MM APMMI members.
On the second day, 27 November, the 3rd ISCRBM 2019 international seminar was held with the topic Building Indonesia Talent Management, presenting the president of ABEST21, Prof. Fumio Itoh, and the leaders of Maybank and Telkom. This event is also a form of MM leaders’ understanding of changes in HR management in the digital era—a form of understanding study of MM alum users.
In the afternoon, a members meeting was held, which included deciding on various joint activities such as the 9 BAN PT Standards Workshop in Jogjakarta and the 4th ISCRBM international seminar in Surabaya.
On the third day, there was a parallel session for the publication of various research works by MM students and lecturers of APMMI members. This activity is a form of exercise that supports government and university programs in increasing international publications.
